Former Maharashtra ATS officer Mehboob Mujawar has alleged that he was instructed to arrest RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat during the 2008 Malegaon blast probe. In an exclusive to India Today TV, Mujawar claimed that the directive came from then Investigating Officer Paramveer Singh and was part of an alleged attempt to frame a ‘saffron terror’ narrative. The revelation has stirred controversy around the high-profile case, which has long been politically sensitive.
